Objectives

Our attitudes and the way we spend our time determine our character and therefore our happiness. The inability to use the right time in the rush to adapt to the developing world of technology, the wrong lifestyle habits we have acquired are socially inadequate and unhappy; so it causes many health problems in the long term. An unhealthy eating plan, consuming harmful foods, a sedentary lifestyle, sleep problems, extreme stress directly affect human health, therefore quality of life. In our project, we focused on this topic to raise awareness among young people how important to take care of every factor in order to raise life quality, thus happiness levels. We analyzed on how each factors affect and what should be done to prevent these. Fast food industry is increasing with success more than ever with this fast living age. During daily rush, especially young people tend to spare their free time by choosing it, and staying in front of computers, televisions, phones. Screen addiction brings unhealthy, immobile and unhappy generation. All this was taken into account and the project was gathered under the name of quality life that includes all these titles. The aim was determined to enable young people to realize their wrong habits and to increase competencies in order to lead a healthier and happier life. Our project increased the competencies of young people to live a better quality by making them realize the wrong habits. Objectives were as follows and were met how they were planned: 1)To teach the concept of time management to young people to gain an awareness of their leisure time with the right activities. 2)To give information about healthy foods to young people to teach the effect of proper nutrition and regular sleep on quality life. 3)To explain the importance of sports activities in terms of physical and mental health of young people and improving the quality of life of these activities. 4)To encourage young people to quality life by increasing their interest in nature. 5)To encourage young people to volunteer in order to increase the quality of life of young people and to be proactive individuals.
