Objectives

Sct Hans School wanted to strengthen the students' intercultural competences through a competence boost in foreign languages for 5 teachers and the opportunity for personal contacts, experiences and inspiration for the work with the international dimension to 10 teachers. The group of teachers represented a wide range of subjects and tasks in both the nursery school and the secondary school.

Background

Sct Hans Skole wanted to support more employees in the development of intercultural competences and thereby qualify them for teaching with an international dimension. Our wish has been to be able to develop the employees' skills, so that they have been able to use the new knowledge back in teaching at the school and especially on our international line. Sct Hans Skole had a need to consolidate its network as well as an interest in appearing as a serious partner in various educational offers and research projects. It has and is important to us as we have wanted to be a co-developer of the international collaboration.
