Rybners wanted to give our students and employees opportunity to participate in mobilities, in order to increase knowledge of, and educate for the international society.
The mobility programme gives the students the opportunity to develop academic, personal and intercultural competencies, and can thus support the students job- and carreers. Regarding the employees, Rybners wants to inspire teachers and other staff to solve their tasks in new and innovative ways, in order to find new ways to challenge the students, make them fit for life with the aim of optimal jobs and career opportunities.
