For a vocational education it is important to both educate well skilled and talented farmers as well as develop a whole human being. The Erasmus project is the first start for a young person on this formation journey. When young people start at our schools it is often the first time away from their parents - living on their own, having to make decisions on their own, actively engage and show will. This project with going abroad also for the older students moves personal boundaries. We as consortium wants to give the students a friendly push - help to puch their boundaries and challenged them. Make them more responsible and selfconfident.
When you are a young person, you have a lot of dreams. Dreams you are allowed to have, when starting an education. Young people wants to experience, learn and become wiser. Living together with other cultures, expanding language skills, creating network or gaining more knowledge about agriculture can expand they´re horizont and put themselves in a new perpective. The Erasmus project gives young people the opportunity to experience, learn and become wiser. We think that staying abroad, as part of their education, can help a person to believe in themselves and have the courage to do much more.
