We aim to bring together 35 participants/leaders/facilitators from 7 different countries and discuss/share experiences about local and global ecological issues of today and try to find solutions together for this problem. However, besides meeting each other’s culture, we will focus on the topics that affect our everyday life and causes of pollution in our environment. This project will give the opportunity to see how the reducing, reusing and recycling is in 7 different countries and views of 35 different participants. Thanks to the non-formal methods which we will use, we will learn from each other and try to think together in the theme of the protection of the environment. The successfully applied strategies, programs can be adapted and used in other countries as well. We intend to show the results of this exchange for the local communities of the participants in order to raise awareness on the today’s ecological problems and solutions given by recycling, reusing and reducing of every one of us. We would like to implement our project by using of non-formal educational methods and activities to achieve the following specific objectives: - By good examples and workshops (3R) from different countries; we aim to identify and share similarities & differences in practices used in different countries in terms of reducing, reusing and recycling, - By ‘natural shock!” activity; we aim to inform young people about the facts of current environmental situation and develop a sense of responsibility in order to raise youth´ awareness of their own influence on the nature, - By intercultural evenings; we want to know more about each other’s cultures and how diversities/similarities make our lives more ‘colorful’, - By shooting commercials/videos; participants will improve their video making skills in creating ecological content and we plan to reach as many as people possible and encourage everyone to participate actively in environmental protection and improvement. They will also use social media very actively in order to encourage everyone to participate actively in environmental protection and improvement for outcomes of our project and for the visibility of Erasmus + Programme, - By developing ideas and future partnership; we will offer the opportunity to meet partner groups and develop concrete ideas for future projects focusing on cultural diversity and active participation of young people in order to prevent from environmental pollution, - By ‘city games’ activity; we aim to make young people being good observers and be aware of the environmental problems and seeking critical responsibility, - By Erasmus + program and youth exchanges session; participants will be supported to improve their knowledge about Erasmus + Programme and youth exchange projects in order to develop new projects but also they will learn about networks which they can follow the project calls, - By starting the day activity (Drawing The Tree); participants will draw a part of a tree every morning (head, body, shoulder, hands etc) and they will write down what they learned from the previous day. It will help to follow their learning process and also fill the key competences effectively for youthpass certificates, - By ‘Dame Nature Meeting’ activity; they will have a chance to discuss about the day in international small groups after that as a plenary and it will help the organizers and group leaders to make some changes, develop the program according to their expectations etc.
