Objectives

With the PLaVA project we sought to meet the need for resilience, tolerance and inclusion. We wanted to equip our youth workers within the partner organisations with a method which more aims at inclusion and fun rather than of competition and performing, which is a dominating mindset in sportsclubs. Our aim was to unfold the many varieties of activities and especially of daring to invent own games and to let kids and youth play along and corporate rather than compete. In Physical Literacy we presented a mindset to add more fun to our activities, and to engage new members to our clubs. Our objectives were to challenge the youth workers to dare go against the stream and to implement new activities rather than doing the traditional routine. We wanted to equip them with, knowledge (method, ,) and experience (experimenting how PL works in praxis and to make their own project about it). At the end we wanted to extract some principles/recommendations of working PL in praxis
