Background

The partners all had experienced a need to equip education and training systems to face the challenges presented by the recent sudden shift to online and distance learning, including supporting teachers to develop digital competences and safeguarding the inclusive nature of learning opportunities, namely the aim was to REACT. And REACT digitally. Reinforcing the ability of education and training institutions and NGOs to provide high-quality, inclusive digital education across small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and public administrations was crucial for several reasons; a.o. empowering individuals and organizations: Digital education empowers individuals and organizations by enabling them to acquire relevant skills, increase their knowledge base, and stay abreast of technological advancements. It equips them with the tools to communicate, collaborate, and access information effectively, fostering a culture of lifelong learning. This empowerment strengthens the capacity of SMEs, NGOs, and public administrations to fulfil their missions, drive innovation, and contribute to societal development, and we wanted to contribute to such an empowerment - meeting evolving needs and challenges.
