The aim of the project was to facilitate the school in fulfilling the aims of the development plan by concentrating on the wellbeing of both students and teachers and increasing the school's readiness to take part in international projects. The school aimed at finding ways to implement a mentoring system that would be an integral part of school life and support both teachers and students alike. The other aims were to enhance the inclusive management system, to find sustainable ways of teaching 21st century skills and to boost international relations.
Tartu Jaan Poska Gymnasium applied for the project as a logical continuation of the three previous successful Erasmus+ projects in order to meet the goals of the school's new development plan, which aims at supporting every student by concentrating on their study skills, enhancing professional teamwork, increasing IT skills and boosting international cooperation.
