The purpose of the project application was to increase the classroom management ability of Kohila Gymnasium teachers. By participating in various relevant courses and by being in other schools of the European Union as a job shadow, the teachers had the opportunity to collect best practices, get confirmation of effective approaches, and compare their class management ability with their colleagues. Better classroom management contributes to student satisfaction in the classroom and thus to better cooperation between the teacher and students. Also, maintaining and increasing students' learning motivation. The purpose of the shadowing events was to observe and learn about the best practices of other schools in involving students in the learning process and the application of different methodologies. After each study session, the participants shared with the collective of their school the methodologies they had learned more widely and what they plan to implement themselves from the experience.
The project was presented because we saw a need in the school to deal with and improve the ability to manage the class. Various discipline and motivation problems can prevent students from achieving the best academic results according to their abilities and reduce their enjoyment of school. It is very difficult for students with low learning motivation to make progress in their studies, and teachers often lack the skills to motivate students. In order to prevent the student from getting into serious learning difficulties, we considered it important that the teacher constantly develops his communication, leadership, and cooperation skills. For this purpose, we wanted teachers and school staff of different age levels, and different subject areas to participate in class management, active learning methods, and job shadowing learning events. Participating in international training and visiting schools in other countries helps to better understcitiese twinses' activities, to get inspiration, and sometimes confirmation of effective practices.
