Teachers have not had the opportunity to participate in international trainings. Therefore, our teachers had little experience and knowledge about new teaching concepts and teaching technologies in different subjects. As our school is focused on language learning, it is especially necessary to constantly upgrade the qualifications of language teachers. The participation of language teachers in Erasmus+ mobility significantly increases the quality of teachers' work. As a result of the project, the teachers who took part in the Erasmus+ mobility programme acquire innovative active learning methods, which enable them to teach more effectively and their students to learn better. Erasmus+ mobility allows participants to exchange experiences with European teachers in teaching methodologies, cultural awareness, and international project work. Since the role of English, German and Italian language teachers is to assist other subject teachers in the preparation and implementation of international projects, it is necessary to have a good English level and knowledge how to assist both teachers and students in creating international networks. We also wanted to diversify our teachers skills through participation in international projects.
