After the secondment, teachers and education workers are better motivated for their daily working life, their competence and competence increase, and it is easier to involve them in the implementation of innovations.
Two target groups of Tallinn Polytechnic were involved in this project: students (send to a 30- and 90-day company practice abroad) and teachers and educational staff of the school (7-day "teachers to learn" at a partner school). In the case of the first target group of the project, it was to create an internship opportunity for Tallinn Polytechnic students in a foreign country. The necessity of the assignments of teachers and educational workers was caused by the fact that Tallinna Polytechnic is the only school in Estonia for learning vocational skills in various fields of education, so the development activities require very necessary teaching, the relevance of technical base teaching from foreign countries with changing and same schools.
