The project focused on the professional development of teachers through mobility: 1. Improving professional knowledge, gaining new experiences and ideas; 2. Finding new internships for students; 3. Improvement of IV level curricula; 4. Finding cooperation partners. The goals of the mobilities of the students of the project "Discovering the world vol 5" were: 1) Improvement of professional skills 2) Development of social skills 3) Acquiring new work techniques, getting used to a new work environment, developing teamwork and cooperation.
The goal of the initial "Discovering the world vol 5" mobility project was to help implement the following strategic goals set in the school's development plan: 1. High-quality education that takes into account the needs of the working world, which guarantees students both personal and professional coping in different periods of life. 2. Competent and motivated teachers. 3. A strong and comprehensive cooperation network at the international level. In the course of the project, it was planned to carry out the mobilities of 42 students and 56 school employees within 2 years. The main objectives of the project were: 1. Development of professional knowledge and practical skills; 2. Team and cooperation development; 3. Development of cross-border cooperation; finding internship companies and cooperation partners; 4. Increasing study and work motivation. The initial mobility project "Discovering the world vol 5" did not manage to get funding. In the follow-up round of project applications, the project was supported in a reduced scale, and mobilities of two students and work shadowing of three educators in Cyprus were carried out as part of the project "Discovering the world vol 5".
