By implementing this project we wished to increase our staff's cooperation on an international level and to enhance their level of competencies, which could be then used in our school's developmental activities, this includes developing both curricula and organisation. In addition we wished to internationalize learning activities, which includes increasing the number of students participating in mobilities and using their experience in developing curricula.
Vana-Vigala Technical and Service School applied for the project in order to provide our students and staff with the opportunity to improve their skills and gain knowledge in a multicultural environment, which in itself helps to develop general skills like communication, adapting, digital competence, language and social. The knowledge and skills they gained was planned to be used in developing the learning experience in our school. In development activities, we put emphasis on expanding the international cooperation network as well as maintaining and strengthening existing ties and finding new opportunities in development work.
