Finland has well-functioning rescue training, which uses flipped learning methodology. This gives learning flexibility, which EASS is looking also in their programs. In Germany (Berlin Rescue Service), the metropolitan rescue service is something you do not encounter on a daily basis and one can see the functioning of the metropolita rescue service and life on the rescue team. Slovenia uses a methodology of medical emergency call handling, which the Emergency Response Centre currently is developing. The Netherlands has a high level research and development projects, especially in the drone area. The purpose of the mobility is to provide the professionals with the opportunity to improve their knowledge, to compare the systems of Estonia and other countries, and to gather information for further development both in the service and in the study programs. The EASS accreditation report also clearly referred to internationalization, and given the close nature of the vocational training programs which will include internationalization.
