Sport, healthy habits and their role in the well-being of modern society are indisputable. Moreover, young people from Estonia, Georgia, Spain, Curacao, Tunisia, and Egypt have come to the conclusion that Sport is also a powerful tool for social inclusion. During the joint youth exchange project “More Diversity for Colorful Society” in Estonia in 2018 that addressed the topic of discrimination and the ways of the social inclusion, the youngsters from Estonia, Georgia, Tunisia and Egypt initiated a project idea on using sport as a way of involvement of all members of society, and with the help of the youth organizations, shared this common vision to other young people in Spain and Curacao. All participant countries experience the need for social inclusion at different degrees. All these countries have similarities and differences the discussion of which and sharing of the best practices and the problems that need to be solved creates a fruitful ground for the joint exchange. Moreover, it helps to get the young people outdoors and minimizes the isolation that is the byproduct of the overuse of technologies, such as personal computers, video games, smartphones and other gadgets that keep young people indoors and immobile. Sports also provide an opportunity for intergenerational exchange among the members of the community, such as coaching, and the decrease of prejudice and phobias against differences, such as cultural, linguistic, religious, social, and other. Being engaged in sports helps young people concentrate on goals and advance, become more productive, team player, and to represent the community. It promotes active life and health and active ageing that is a challenge for modern countries. Physical activity contributes to active and medication-free ageing.
