By implementing the project, we wanted to offer to the students and employees of Tallinn Construction School opportunities to improve knowledge and skills (professional, cultural, linguistic) through successful participation in mobilities. For younger students, it was also important to acquire social maturity, which would enable them to cope better in a cultural and linguistic environment that is not our own. The school's goal was also to increase the motivation of students and employees both in participating in the learning process and in organizing it.
The project application was written out of the desire to implement the main activity described in the internationalization strategy of the Tallinn School of Construction, which is to create opportunities for students and employees of the school to participate in international mobilities. Since the school itself does not have ability to organize study tours from its own budget, the opportunities offered by Erasmus+ offer excellent possibilities to implement the strategy of internationalization.
