The project had 2 main objectives: 1. use mobility experience to develop the professional and social skills of the participating students in countries with different (working)cultures, to improve their foreign language skills, their social skills and their intercultural competences, to enhance their future career and employability. 2. using mobiility to support the professional development of teachers through job-shadowing or practical workplacement in other European countries, develop their international competences with a view to enrich the study-process at Rakvere Ametikool and support the the development of the school as whole organization. There were planned 134 students and 34 staff mobilities and 1 preparatory visit for ErasmusPRO mobility. The following goals were planned in the the project: Long-term mobility/ErasmusPRO. To offer mobility opportunities to students in all the VET curricula groups of Rakvere Ametikool. Involving of young/new VET teachers in mobility activities.
The project supports achieving the strategical aims of Rakvere Ametikool set in the school development plan and strategy of internationalisation, the project activities are in line with the vision and mission of the school.
