Background

The goal arised from the school's internationalization strategy is: Increasing the international competences of students and employees and supporting self-development - KAK students are competitive in the globalized world, having acquired international competences in addition to professional competences, and Vocational School employees actively participate in increasing their international competences and in the school's internationalization (development) activities, to support the student in his development. Therefore, the general goal of the project was to give students and employees of various specialties the opportunity to do their work practice or job shadowing in foreign partner schools and/or companies. The result of the internship is the acquisition of new skills and knowledge and professional skills in an unfamiliar cultural and linguistic environment, as well as the experience of teaching and mentoring in today's schools and companies. These activities contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals set in our school's development plan, which are described in more detail in the school's internationalization strategy and the Erasmus Plan.
