The goals of the project are the enrichment of coaching and mentoring methods in order to better manage it human capital inside and outside the school. Through this project we aim to enrich the good practices of the school as we consider that all changes start from attitude and vision that school teachers have. And changing attitudes can be done through education.
Wanting to follow the international developments in the field of mentoring and to be a pioneer in the field of education We organize in our school groups of parents and children with the ultimate goal of counseling. In this context we chose to implement these mobilities with the aim of: 1. the enrichment of our knowledge or the enhancement of his skills and further knowledge coaching as our responsibilities are not limited to providing knowledge but also to guidance not only children but also parents and other general education teachers. We are and will be the linker link of general and special education with the ultimate goal of eliminating discrimination. 2. strengthening the European dimension of the school. We also consider it important to interact with other European education guidance systems and mentoring and their implementation in our school as well as developing networks with other schools for further collaborations (KA2).
