The implementation of the plan is considered an integral part of the development and extroversion plan of our school.In this context, our primary concern is the integration into the educational process of new innovative tools, techniques and teaching practices that can be used by teachers in the classroom.We expect the learning process to become more interesting, modern and attractive, as students will use technology in their tasks and exercises, will get to know the possibilities of the virtual classroom and will learn in a more pleasant and entertaining way.At the same time, the teachers who will participate in the training actions will undertake the obligation to train their colleagues internally with presentations and audio-visual material.Sample lessons will be held for training both at the intra-school level and in neighboring schools for the better diffusion of the acquired knowledge.We intend to utilize the European experience and the contact with our European colleagues in improving the educational process and emphasis will be placed on the implementation of European programs. Finally, we expect to succeed the comprehensive development of the personality of our students and their successful social integration.
After an extensive discussion by the teachers' association at the beginning of the school year about the needs and problems of our school, as they have developed in recent years, it was considered imperative to take dynamic action that will contribute to the qualitative improvement of the educational practice at the school.In this context, it was first deemed necessary to improve the quality of the educational work by adopting new educational tools and teaching methods that are more modern and more attractive, which will make learning active, experiential and collaborative.At the same time, it was considered important to deal with learning difficulties and the reduction of school dropouts, problems that have occupied us intensely in the last five years, also due to the economic crisis.The development of the skills and qualifications of our students, their preparation to become future citizens of the Europe, prompted us to move in the European space, which over the years is constantly changing, ensuring better conditions and prospects.Last but not least It was considered important to improve not only our professional skills, but also our language skills, as well as the cultivation of the European dimension in education.
