By implementing the project we want to achive: • The effective management of educational reality and diversity of resources in school dynamic. • Improving teaching methods, by strengthening collaborations and thus comparing and adopting innovative approaches or exchanges. •Facing practical issues of teaching and solving educational problems. • The exchange of information on teaching theories and practices with other European teachers through the Internet, during and after the course. • The pupils, through an e-twinning action and under the supervision of teachers, will have the opportunity to participate in educational projects with other European countries, learn about their culture and also practice their skills in ICT . •”In-school” training. Teachers who did not participate will have the chance to learn about the knowledge acquired through sample teaching, case studies, etc. •The motivation and activation of the whole school and the integration of new acquired methods in classroom. •Improving the image of the school and strengthening its European dimension
During the school year that the application was filled in, the objectives of the school consisted of the following : • Supporting the educational work of teachers and school leaders, through training, in using digital and web tools. • Improving teaching methods , by comparing and adopting innovative approaches. •Gaining experience in European transnational programs and the use of ICT. •Through training in another country, teachers can broaden their knowledge of education, acquire fluency in foreign languages and get acquainted with the educational systems of other countries. •At the same time, to facilitate communication skills by promoting the learning of foreign languages. •Particular emphasis was placed on helping, through the training, students who were in high risk of school and social marginalization ( disabled, Roma, refugees, etc) our aim being to ensure their equal access to education and their inclusion avoiding , thus, school dropout.
