The participant-teachers in the mobility wanted : -Upgrading of the educational methods, through the adoption of new best appropriatepractices and innovative activities for development, quality,extroversion and internationalization. - Use of creative writing and comics in the educational process. - Incorporating experiences into their teaching using narrative writing and comics in the educational process. - The integration of both conventional and digital comics into the educational process - Techniques for integrating creative writing into the educational process - Improvement of linguistic skills, through communication and training in the foreign language. - Satisfaction of needs for personal and professional development through improving the quality of teaching. At the national,regional school unit level, we wanted: - Activation of a realistic development plan that involves the entire school unit taking into account the school's educationalneedsand setting goals that will improve the educational process by adopting innovative teaching methods. - Creation of a network of cooperation and exchange of good practices.
The Mobility entitled "Τhe integration of creative writing and comics, as innovative pedagogical and teaching tools, in the educational procedure" involved the participation of four teachers of the 7th Vocational school of Thessaloniki, who attended a five-day seminar of the MOVEU organization in Barcelona, entitled: "The benefits of creative writing and comics in education". The objectives and learning outcomes of the project were: - The adoption of educational processes and the development of innovative learning techniques and technologies that can contribute to the improvement of the students’ personal and socio-educational development. - The improvement of the language skills of the participants. - The participation of the school community in European actions. - Gaining knowledge and experience in an international environment. - The adaptation of study programs to the standards abroad. - Staff training in a modern environment, familiarization with the latest developments in modern pedagogy. - The development of innovative organization based on digital technologies.
