Leadership plays an extremely crucial role in embedding an open climate and inspire organisational culture in the school unit environment. Taking part in the ''Peadagogical Leadership Coaching and Innovation'' project, school leadership would be helped to succeed in a variety of objectives: - to acquire a shaped cultural vision so as to define an appropriate programme of action, - to transmit the vision and communicate it to teachers and students, and to achieve spreading not only to the school environment but also to the local community' - to encourage and disseminate students' and teachers' participation in cultural programmes. - following Leadership profile synchronisation, implementing the ''Learning English and any other subject with drama'' project would provide us with opportunities to: - engage our students in novel cultural activities associated with drama, - approach and assimilate aeshetic culture in the process of learning, - stimulate and strengthen students' self confidence while sharing equally the precious commodity of culture, - improve school performance through creative learning approach and self expression, - be informed and inform our colleagues about new methods of teaching, - exchange ideas and practise with other teachers who have participated in similar art oriented programmes.
We considered the present Mobility Plan, which was divided in two different flows with different course titles, an ecxellent opportunity and a targeted action which would promote the development of personal skills and aquisition of knowledge on the part of the teachers of our school. In the Lifelong - Learrning framework, well trained teachers become able to aquire multiple qualifications which in turn, help them to work efficiently accordind to change of conditions and needs of times. Furthermore, it is extremely important for us to take into consideration European practices and exchanging of ideas since they result in giving a European dimension to the contemporary school reality. Specifically, the suggested mobility plan aims to include Leadership Vision in the the school unit's cultural reality as well as to help educators to take innovative actions with the ultimate goal of attracting students' interest in cultural issues, release school stress and make the school environment a very pleasant one. Our main goal was to combine learning process with cultural activities, especially those of drama techniques in the classroom environment.
