Erasmus+ funding allowed us to address an organisation that offered cources that catered for the needs of our plan. The two-week long cources allowed us to acquire a series of skills and practices to diagnose the problems in the school community, design actions and activities to prevent and solve them, adopt an innovative educational programme which would not require radical changes in curricula or material to be taught but still allow to develop practices that could create a Positive psychological environment and reduce tensions and differences. In the long term it could bring about improvements within the school community. The programme can be implemented by educators and students. The activities vary but they all result in solving dfferences in time, in a mutually beneficial way, create a climate of trust, bring about calmness in the school community and develop individual skills so that everyone can combat stress, manage a higher degree of concentration so their performance can imrove. Accomplishing all these could result in dealing with bullying successfully by creating a different educational culture.
As educators we wanted to aid our students to acquire skills that would help them grow as personalities, have Empathy towards people, work well with others, accept other peoples' uniqueness and respect individuality demonstrating Equity. We also wanted them to be happy, enjoy school life and promote Euphoria. In order to create our plan we did research with our students and their parents and also our teachers. We wanted to evaluate the level of positive school psychology and gather information on their needs. Analysing the findings showed us that there was a need to develop skills that would help us support a Sustainable Curriculum that would meet everybody's needs. The Erasmus+ funding would allow us to seek organisations that would provide us with the knowledge, skills and guidance to improve the areas that needed improvement and build a strong mechanism within our school community that would include all parties involved and would cater for their needs. Positive school psychology is an area that had not received equal attention compared to academic achievement in most schools and was suspected to create issues of negative attitudes towards learning, discrimination among students, lack of interest and suspecting bullying.
