The main goals of our project were the following: 1) to reinforce the existing internal training culture in our school, through sharing the gained knowledge of the participants in the KA1 action 2) to enrich our teaching techniques with innovative methods in order to achieve the activation of all our students and the improvement of the image of the school year after year 3) to enhance our school network in Europe through cooperation with colleagues from other European schools
The last years there is an increasingly large percentage of students who have a negative attitude towards school and the provided knowledge. The increasing time that students spend using technology leads to the continuous questioning and depreciation of the teacher-centered learning process. As a result, educators are trying harder than ever to attract students' attention and interest. We applied for this project in our effort to meet new ideas, experiences and innovated educational tools that will help us improve the learning process in our school and turn it even more towards our students and their needs, in our effort to gain their trust and make them feel that the school is a place of creation and personal expression for them, and not something obligatory and often boring.
