The goals set in the framework of our plan are the following: To improve the school climate and to activate the participation of the student potential To reduce the dropout rate and improve student performance by incorporating innovative teaching practices Teachers to plan and carry out interesting learning activities that will stimulate students' interest in the educational process and make them creatively active. To use innovative proposals to inspire their colleagues in similar teaching approaches. For teachers to receive psychological empowerment in order to effectively manage the classroom For our school to participate actively and permanently in the new European educational reality and to connect with other European schools.
The starting point of the writing of the project by the pedagogical team of the school was our desire to dispel the stereotypical perception that EPAL are schools of failures, to improve the public image of our school and to enroll more of these students. We decided to improve the school climate through the upgrading of the educational process with innovative forms as well as the advisory support of our students.
