General - Background Studies prove that after the years of the financial crisis, the phenomena of intra-school conflicts and conflicts have alarmingly increased. Already the first signs come from primary education where the change in attitudes and behaviors is clearly visible. According to the EURYDICE organization "European Framework for Action on Mental Health and Wellbeing", there is a need to develop an action framework for the promotion of mental health and well-being and the management and prevention of mental disorders, which includes the education of children and adolescents as part of a widely supported framework for action on mental health and well-being in Europe. D.D.E. Achaia, recognizing the importance of the upcoming changes and wanting to prepare its school organizations and student communities, decided to proceed with a series of training actions for its teaching and administrative staff in the institutional framework of the Health Education Sector.
