Objectives

These needs were fulfilled in particular through work shadowing in a school abroad that was facing similar difficulties regarding the integration of refugee students. Such a program of European mobility and cooperation that combined a cycle of seminars and work monitoring was able to give our school the possibility to develop new and strengthen the existing networks, which we had created from previous programs that we had implemented in the past, since the goal of our school it was opening up to Europe and increasing our ability to operate transnationally, to share and negotiate ideas, practices and methods. The implementation of such a program increased the extroversion of our organization and our interaction with other European organizations, strengthening its European character. Specific goals. 1. Enrichment of teaching with innovative methods, tools and practices, from monitoring work based on abilities by applying cooperative learning, blended learning, flipping the classroom and individualizing teaching to reach all students regardless of learning level and origin, mother tongue, in order to limit the phenomena of racism, violence and school dropout (ICT, communication tools, etc.) 2. Creation of a network of cooperation and dissemination/exchange of good practices both with the work study school and the region, territory and Europe. 3. Improving relations between students, reducing social exclusion, limiting violent and racist behaviors and prejudices, respecting diversity, strengthening their intercultural understanding.
