Our goal was the promotion of knowledge and analysis of the theoretical framework of education and action, taking into account the concepts of Culture, Identity and Territory / Environment. - Visualization of topics through multimedia production techniques and ICT skills. - Encourage the development of pedagogical practices involving trainees/apprentices. - Development of the reference point of good practices. -- Encourage the exchange of views and participation in European awareness-building. - Encourage participants to share their experience and develop the project (and other projects) online. - Production of multimedia pedagogical subjects. - Sharing of multimedia productions. - Contribution to the urgent need to develop ideas and projects between European education and training organisations.
The participation of the school's teachers in an European Erasmus+ project would help the educational and pedagogical development of themselves - and by extension their students - in multiple ways . At an educational level, we considrered that attending the seminars would probably lead to new teaching methods and to new technological tools.The comparison of educational systems, the discourse and opinion exchange on teaching methods and their tested results in different countries, teachers and schools, could lead to new ideas and conclusions and create new horizons to the educational process in our school. As a school established on cultural exchange and cultivation, we are also directly concerned with the preservation and promotion of our cultural identity and inheritance. Exploring new possible apporaches, we were led to Erasmus+ program in which we found relevant courses/seminars. As ardent supporters of the idea of lifelong learning, renewal and adaptation to new conditions, we are looking for alternative ways, methods and teaching tools, new collaborations and ideas, advanced knowledge and experiences.
