The formation and implementation in the school unit of an action plan that will involve all its members school community in the intended international orientation, in the introduction of innovative methods and tools in daily educational practice, the collaboration with institutions, teachers and schools within and outside Greece, with the consequent mobility. 2. Strengthening the professional profile of 2nd GEL teachers, 3. Training of teachers of the 2nd GEL in matters of planning and implementation of new educational practices in the School. 4. The training of teachers in the design and use of assessment tools for structures, educational processes and students (in matters related to the introduction of innovation in the School, the introduction of changes in the school unit, the improvement of the quality of the education provided and the organizational structures of the educational institution) which will be based on evaluation tools that have been proposed and tested at the European level. 5. Strengthening the digital literacy of teachers. 6. The training of teachers in good practices for the modernization of the administration and its organization school unit. 7. Strengthening the digital skills of teachers.
The only problems that arose were those related to the Covid pandemic. Due to the restrictions, it became difficult to find open dates for educational activities. In other respects, our cooperation with the reception agencies was exemplary, which greatly facilitated the preparation of the trainees.
