Background

The constant challenge faced by school teachers is to ensure the students' basic skillset. What is even more evident in Vocational High Schools is the students' inadequacy in using the English language. Participating in Erasmus+ programs clearly helps participants improve their English language skills. In the present program, this is combined with training of technical nature, i.e. training related to specialties that operate in the school. More specifically, the main purpose of the plan was to provide the necessary knowledge regarding the use of technology, mobile phones and Cloud Computing services in business, taking into account factors such as: - promoting the competitiveness of businesses, - promoting modern technology in businesses, - future employability of students either as entrepreneurs or as workers. Finally, it is important to renew the interest in the educational process with a positive affect in both students and teachers. Erasmus+ programs allow the exchange of best practices and support the professional development of teachers.
