We sought to achieve the following results with the implementation of the Mobility Plan: 1. Support participants to acquire innovative knowledge and skills in the profession they are studying. 2. Familiarization of participants with the English language, so that they are able to collaborate in an international or globalized environment. 3. Acquisition of social skills, which are to become increasingly important in the workplace, as a human competence and a key component of professional ethics. 4. Enrich the knowledge of the participants and their acquaintance with other countries' cultures, offering to them the opportunity to create networks of international contacts, to participate actively in european society and to develop a sense of common European identity. 5. Provid actions and training programs that respond most effectively to the needs of people, inside and outside Europe. 6. Strengthen the synergies of formal vocational education and training, employment and entrepreneurship 7. Ensuring better recognition of the knowledge acquired during training courses abroad.
The mission of our educational organization is to provide high quality educational services, in order to offer comprehensive and thorough vocational training to our trainees. On the other hand we aim at contributing to their personal development, within an evolving and constantly changing work, technological, social and cultural environment. In order for our organization to be able to offer quality education and training services, the following needs must be further met: a) in didactic / learning subjects for the acquisition and expansion of knowledge, skills and innovations in their specialties b) in matters of extroversion, mobility and internationalization of the organization c) in matters of multilingualism due to the multicultural character of modern societies d) on social issues in order to consolidate the sense of equality, equal opportunities and social justice e) in intercultural matters for the acceptance of diversity and respect for otherness. Erasmus+ short mobility plans meet these needs in the highest degree. That was the main reason for which our organization submitted this proposal.
