Objectives

According to these key directions, the program had two main objectives: [1] Improving the creative entrepreneurship skills of students with disabilities through targeted adaptation of existing educational programs to meet the needs of the modern labor market. [2] Improving technological education by recording the specifications of modern Spanish vocational education structures and integrating them into a non-formal Laboratory Design Guide designed to prepare students with disabilities and special education needs in labor market conditions.

Background

The need that drive our project was to Improve the Creative Entrepreneurship Skills of Students with Disabilities to Meet the Needs of the Modern Labor Market. According to the guidelines of the European Agency for Special Needs and Inclusive Education, “young people with special educational needs should be supported for an effective transition from school to the adult workplace. Schools should help them become economically active by providing them with the skills they need in their daily lives, providing education and training services that correspond to social and communication requirements as well as adult working life expectations».
