The aim of the project is for the participants to: develop knowledge and skills in counseling develop the abilities to reflect and reflect on professional and counseling processes, as well as their capacity for self-improvement they actively participate in educational processes adapted to their needs they learn about designing, implementing and evaluating individuals, groups, educational processes and innovation programmes strengthen their methodological toolbox in agricultural applications they share thoughts and opinions with colleagues, strengthening their networks
The most important reason we want to implement this project is to give the possibility and the opportunity to 14 executives of the Organization, Geo technicians, who cover key positions in the organization chart, to complete their certification in the CECRA standard. Thus, based on the experiences they have from their employment in the Organization and in combination with their participation in this project, they will be given the opportunity to gain a more complete understanding of their role and to improve their methods and techniques, combining practical training with valid counseling methods.
