Background

The activities are designed to tackle the main obstacles preventing the participation of youth with fewer opportunities in volunteering projects, in building capacities of both youth work and social work organisations. The Access for all working group, through their yearly evaluations of more than 35 volunteering organisations, has identified the following obstacles for volunteering organisations to include YPWFO in their projects. Lack of time and human resources, Lack of knowledge of the administrative and funding process, Difficulties in the outreach entification of participants, and creation of networks with local partners, Fears and stereotypes about inclusion, Cultural differences in understanding youth work and who are people with fewer opportunities. Lack of recognition, Difficulty in follow-up, Lack of training tools for camp leaders. Thanks to the participation in this TC, the youth workers acquired the competences and tools needed to implement inclusive volunteering projects, including preparation methodologies, evaluation processes and follow up dynamics. Moreover, this project aimed to create tighter relationship between volunteering organisations and social organisation working on a daily basis with YPWFO. Fostering the cooperation between them will be increased the recognition of volunteering as an educational tool on one hand, and increase the access to volunteering on the other. Furthermore, the project aims at knowledge sharing in terms of non-formal educational activities, tools and methods in youth work. These tools and methods can be easily transferred to other target groups. As all participants work with groups of young people,
