The project "CREacting in EU" (phase II) has the following objectives: Improvement and enhancement of the employability of young people and their career prospects in the field of culture and in the area of cultural management. Development of their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship in the mentioned below sectors and other relevant professional areas. Enhancement of their self-empowerment and self-esteem. Improvement of foreign language competences as well as the use in English and mother tongue whilst it provides knowledge on regional and minority languages (RMLs) within Europe. Enhancement of their intercultural awareness. Active, dynamic and substantial presence and involvement in society and democracy. Better awareness of the European project and the EU values and fundamental human principles. Increase of their motivation for taking part in future informal learning mobilities. Development of staff, youth workers and professionals involved in education, training and youth, in order to provide better quality of their work and activities in favour of young people, more attractive programmes, in line with their needs and expectations and more effective for the disadvantaged groups.
