The general objectives are established in the long term and are in accordance with the needs detected: O1. Improving educational outcomes by improving language teaching and methodological innovation O2. Discovering new ways of managing to maximize your efficiency O3. Training the teaching team and the management team by offering opportunities to develop professional skills and to work with other teachers from the EU
The project was requested to solve the needs that had been detected in the organization: The situation of the organization was analysed and a needs analysis was carried out, conducting a survey of teachers to detect needs. The results were the following: N1-> Need to continue teacher training (especially in English and innovative methodologies). N2-> Need to know other formulas for planning, organization and effective management of resources. N3-> Need to participate in initiatives such as KA1 or KA2 with the intention of leaning the Erasmus program to discover new realities and establish cooperation links with other schools and colleagues from the EU.
