a. Improve the UPGRADE and INTERNATIONALIZATION of the school through the teachers' training and mobilities to other countries to study other school contexts. b. Enlarge international contacts to work and colaborate in future projects and students exchange. c. Train the teachers in problem solving, prevention of problems and management of coexistence, in room-group level and in school level, including the most disadvantaged students. d. Improve teachers' training in english skill. As this is a bilingual school we need teachers to be trained and having the maximum english level. e. Create a good educational training for teachers in new education methodologies, new applications and computer programs to work in the school and management of the students. f. With all that, we want to motivate teachers of our school. Create training oportunities, new ways of learning and working. With all of that, we are really convinced that there will be satisfied teachers with their careers and will help them to get new goals.
CONMAE appeared as a consequence of the evolution of the needs in our institution and as a way of rechange the internationalization of the projects that we wanted to design. Once the bilingual program was implemented with a CLIL metholology and after the improvement of the transition between primary to secondary stages, was the moment to create new and more diverse objectives. A DAFO analysis and different debates lead us to create new lines of working: Get traning to improve the coexistence in the institution and solving problems in the students. We though that new mediation strategies, problem solving and reflexion of the causant agents, could lead to good results. On the ohter hand, after coordinating a KA219 project (IKF) (new methologoies), we discovered a new field of study that generates a motivational dynamic in the school for teachers and students. Finally, we looked for a complete knowledge in linguistic skill like english, and to get all of that the internationalization of the school and Erasmus plus projects were perfect to get that.
