This project is a part of our Erasmus Plan, and tries to contribute to the general objectives that include the above, and also the internationalisation of the organisation, and the inclusion of the whole educational community in the Erasmus programmes.

Background

We applied for this project “Talk Talk Europe: boosting key competences through communication skills” because we wanted to implement activities helping to achieve some of the objectives of our European Plan.Specifically, this project has been focused on improving the communication skills of our teachers, learning new methodologies that can be used in our school’s lessons and projects (not only CLIL but also other active, innovative teaching methodologies) and developing a better digital competence. Besides, our European Plan aims at strengthening our European connections and fostering European awareness in our staff. A project like this for our teachers is crucial in order to foster the internationalization of our organization. Teacher training is a key aspect of improving and developing any organization. It has an impact on the rest of the staff, the students, and the community. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, some of the mobilities planned had to change, but we have tried that the spirit of the project remains the same, with the same focus and goals. All the activities were implemented in order to improve our way of teaching and learning, and as a consequence, our school has benefited of better learning and teaching processes.
