This project is a development of the school's internationalisation process. Through teacher training, direct teaching and job shadowing we hope to improve linguistic and methodological competences as explained in our European Development Plan. The main areas of these trainings are CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning), European awareness and improvement of language competences. Once the mobilities are over, the teachers who have participated in the trainings will have meetings with their departmental groups so that the whole school can benefit from their acquired competences. In the near future we hope to participate in other Erasmus KA121 and KA2 projects which will also allow students to work with students from other countries and "open their minds". The starting point of these projects will be the competences developed in the different experiences; we also hope to increase the number of contacts and partners for future student and teacher mobilities, extending the participation in this project to the rest of the school's teaching staff.
This project aims to continue with the internationalisation process of the school. It consisted of training courses, direct teaching and job shadowing to develop our most pressing needs in the European Development Plan: training in CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning), in European citizenship and linguistic improvement in L2. To this end, teachers mainly from the departments involved in the school's plurilingual project, other teachers who had requested it, and members of the management team have participated in different mobilities related to these topics. Once these mobilities have been completed, as has been the case to date, both these teachers and the rest of the teaching staff will be able to adopt methodological innovations that will result in a better quality of teaching, including the creation of an integrated curriculum. In the near future we plan to continue participating in Erasmus + projects as strategic partnerships in which students also participate, taking advantage of the contacts made, expanding the participation in this project to the rest of the staff of the centre.
