Objectives

The objectives that we initially set in the project were: 1. Observe “in situ” other centers that carry out Mentoring activities 2. Improve our Mentoring plan 3. Motivate the professional orientation of students As we will see in the following pages, the first objective can be considered fully achieved. We will describe your mentoring plan and give details of the different activities carried out to achieve the objective. Regarding the second objective, we will make specific proposals for improvement in order to implement them for the coming course. And regarding the third objective, as will also be seen, the methodology that they use and that we also want to introduce, is in direct line with the motivation of students in order to decide on their professional future.

Background

The initial idea of the project arose as a result of the Erasmus project 2017-1-TR01-KA219-045698_4 that with the title "Do not memorize any more, come and play for more" we carried out in 2018-2020 with 4 more countries, including Turkey. In different conversations with the Turkish coordinator, we learned that a mentoring activity with students was also carried out in her center and thus, we agreed to write a project to be able to visit her center and observe her professional orientation plan “in situ”. She accepted and invited us to visit her center. In this report we are going to comment on and evaluate the initial objectives foreseen in the project, describe the activities carried out on the different days (Logbook), comment on your mentoring plan, make proposals to improve our mentoring plan, expose other ideas and future projects that arise from mobility, evaluate the project based on the table of indicators initially established and summarize the experience in images
