The methodological exchange would make possible, as a necessary element, the improvement of the quality of the teaching processes through the progressive incorporation of inclusive methodologies, as well as the updating and generalization of the use of ICT in the classroom. Thus, the general purpose would be expressed through the following specific objectives: - Generate essential prerequisites to bring about change through reflection on the issues in question: inclusion and digitization. - Create specific commissions that will be dedicated to carry out the development and follow-up for the implementation of the project and mobility activities. - Reach an agreement on active methodological strategies that allow both horizontal and vertical coherence to the teaching-learning processes. - Learn about new methodologies and organizational strategies that promote greater inclusion and effective equality among students, regardless of their personal, social or economic condition. - Establish the process of evaluation and monitoring of mobility activities. - Learn from methodologies that encourage students with different types of diversity to advance with the same opportunities in their educational journey in Secondary Education. - Improve methodologies and organizational strategies that encourage students with different types of diversity to advance with the same opportunities in their educational journey in Secondary Education. - Strengthen the competencies of the Centre’s teaching staff in promoting the best learning opportunities and personal development for all students, taking into account their diversity of all kinds: origin/birth, culture, their socio-family context, their economic context, their possible disability. - -Develop new strategies to fight school failure, particularly among students with specific problems.
The teaching team of our educational centre has been detecting the need to promote progressive and gradual change in teaching practice and to design its own differential Educational Project which responds to two great challenges of today’s society: inclusion and digitization. Starting from these initial ideas, we carry out an exhaustive analysis of our educational reality using analysis strategies such as the SWOT instrument (Weaknesses, Threats, Strengths and Opportunities). This initial analysis serves as a starting point to share and reflect on our first approach with the rest of the teachers through an initial faculty at the beginning of the academic year. According to thementioned above SWOT Analysis, one of the areas in which the greatest and most necessary opportunities for improvement were identified was to deepen and enrich the school approach to diversity of all kinds (physical, emotional, psychological, family, ethnic, cultural, nationality…) of our students. * Inclusion * Sustainability both in the educational centre and in their environment * Digitization. In this faculty, the management team considers, as a general purpose, the possibility of improving the teaching-learning processes realted to the educational management of diversity through training activities based on the observation, monitoring and evaluation of other work methods implemented within the European Union.
