Since one of our objectives is internationalization, the management team has become the main promoter of this type of initiative, encouraging the participation of teachers and managing them directly. The team of teachers who participate is actively involved, developing initiatives to improve teaching practice and disseminate them among all departments, so that the impact of dissemination is greater and results in the entire educational community. In the management of the project, the management team is the first to be an active part of these initiatives, acting at the same time as participants as well as disseminators and promoters.
A lot of our students come from other countries (especially Morocco, Romania or Latin American countries), bringing other cultures in their suitcase; hence the interest and need to embark on this type of project; being also one of the guidelines of our Educational Project internationalization. We have experience in European projects and the fact of continuing in this line, ensures the continuity of the progress that has meant the participation in these programs, already of school associations, already of teacher training, being, in addition, both closely related for two reasons: the first is the interest of delving into contents that we want to improve in our center, after an analysis of needs, and the second is to maintain and strengthen the relationship with other European colleagues, because it supposes a more than positive exchange of all the aspects that make up and affect the Educational Community.
