Objectives

This project is requested with the intention of achieving, among other things, the IMPROVEMENT OF LANGUAGE COMPETITION in foreign languages in our community, the introduction of NEW TOOLS AND MORE INNOVATIVE LEARNING METHODS among teachers and routinely in classroom programming and At the same time, initiate relationships and contacts with other European centers that would allow us to carry out FUTURE COOPERATION PROJECTS, expanding the INTERNATIONALIZATION of our educational community. All this under the prism of a shared and respectful EUROPEAN CULTURE based on the concepts of unity and diversity that permeate the daily practice of our educational community.

Background

Having carried out a SWOT analysis in our center, one of the weaknesses found had to do with the linguistic competence in foreign languages of our faculty. In parallel, there was, in a part of our faculty, a certain resistance to being introduced to methodological change as a result of a lack of training in active and innovative methodologies. Improving the abilities of our faculty in foreign languages would allow us to improve that of our students as a direct consequence of this and, above all, have an impact on that of students with fewer possibilities. Likewise, the fact that the teaching staff of our center are trained in different, motivating and stimulating teaching methodologies and techniques would allow us to foster a vibrant, active, critical and resilient educational community. This project is requested with the intention of solving these weaknesses and improving the quality of education as its final objective, in addition to enabling us to continue working on this transformation already begun with previous projects and to initiate contacts and collaborations with other European centers with the intention of continue to develop the international dimension of our community.
