We decided trough the Erasmus Team of European projects combine job shadowing activities with a structured course. Our training needs have focused on increasing the use of methodologies and techniques in teaching that benefit our students and our teaching competence. We have become aware of the key issues related to education innovation in the context of flipped and cooperative learning. Understanding, exploring and inspiring in methods and instruments different and innovative to foster leadership and school innovation was another of our proposals. To boost collaboration, association and exchange of experiences and ideas between European schools, teachers and school professionals. In the section on new methodologies, we delved deeper into cooperative learning, which we already have in our classrooms, learning through projects and learning about other alternatives such as Game based Learning, coding robotics, sports and physical education.
