We wanted to strengthen “pedagogical practice, prioritizing the practical reinforcement and the educational success. The objectives and achievements have been marked in the EDP, promoting action of “good practices and educational innovation”, improving teacher training, to achieve a broad impact of Social Inclusion, increasing opportunities for students, efficiency and effectiveness in training: - Strengthen educational success with a broad intervention in management, generating changes at the level of spaces, methodological actions and openness to the environment. - Prevent disinterest in education with the application of inclusive methods for equal opportunities. - Generate dynamics to reduce school absenteeism and the risk of leaving education early. - Palliate social disadvantages, applying equity and democracy in a cooperative a teamwork intervention integrated in the context. - Integrate procedures and skills in the acquisition of key competences through cooperative multidisciplinary projects (Project Based Learning). - Establish service learning, with active and research methods, entrepreneurship and challenges.
The Project responds to the needs detected in the European Development Plan, in the context of our organization, as the axis that supports training activities. Its implementation supposes: - Improve the management of the pedagogical organization and the management of the centre, lead in innovation, inclusion, equity and attention to diversity. - Increase teacher’s training skills, abilities and strategies. - Construction of an Open Methodological Bank of contents and training tools. - Seek consensus on pedagogical innovation, involving different sectors: staff (teaching and non-teaching) institutions (educational and cultural), organizations (health, social services…) NGOs and local associations (cultural, neighbourhood, women…). - Internationalize the centre; learn fist-hand about European educational policies: groupings, schedules, ratios, areas, skills and strategies. - Reaffirm ourselves in the sustainability of our actions, expanding other KA229 Health and Ecologic projects, introducing lasting changes, base on the results obtained. - Disseminate internationalization with “new ways of doing”, providing ideas for changes in partner organizations.
