When we applied for this project, our school had been developing a bilingual teaching programme for 15 years. We have now been committed to internationalisation and language learning for 19 years. As the school had become fully bilingual in the 2018/19 academic year, we were faced with the problem of dealing with the diversity of students with different needs and learning paces in non-language areas (NLA) where classes are taught in English. We found that we lacked the resources to address this problem. Prior to this project we had applied for a KA101-D72006CF-ES, to attend courses on the linguistic improvement of teachers, the acquisition of CLIL tools and dealing with diversity. This new project is a continuity and also includes Jobshadowing mobilities. In addition, this project has as a novelty in relation to the previous one, the participation of a wider sector of the teaching staff in the mobilities, including non-bilingual teachers.
