The NECESSITIES that appear in the IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND THE ANNUAL MEMORY were: - Linguistic Competence -Motivation -Diversity -Coexistence and Equality Plan -Critical Thinking -Interdisciplinary work -European and internationalization The OBJECTIVES were determined according to the previously detected necessities, subdivided into other more precise ones. The IES Matarraña is a rural educational institution that offers Secondary Education, preparation for the A-levels and Vocational Training. It is located in Valderrobres (Teruel). It is a very dynamic centre as far as the teacher's training is concerned, above all, in Project-based learning (PBL) and Cooperative Work. In the academic year 16/17, the School's Linguistic Project was developed, which acted as the main axis of the Educational Project. Over the years, the Ies Matarraña has been participating in institutional training programmes in the autonomic, national and international level. Several Cross-Discipline projects are completely integrated within the centre, among which stand out the end-of-the-year trip of year 4, in year 1 and year 2. Since the academic year 2015/2016, different Erasmus+ projects have been developed, involving both teachers' and students' mobilities. The current project "A STEP FORWARD" is still being developed in order to achieve the objectives based on the needs of the centre throughout the years. The aim is to emphasize the importance among teachers to participate in trainings about active methodologies and also their involvement in Erasmus+ programme
