- Use of ICT as motivating tools. - Attention to the linguistic, cultural and functional diversity of our students. - Emotional intelligence: improve the self-esteem and social skills of our students by promoting their thinking creative and imagination. -Improve teamwork skills using cooperative and collaborative learning. -Learn about other educational pedagogies through school visits in other countries that lead to establishing Contact and develop potential Key Action 2 projects. -Participate in seminars and workshops that favor the exchange of experiences in order to improve and enrich the teaching practice. This will support the European Dimension in Education within a sense of community. -Learn self-control and emotional management techniques to prevent school violence. All this to contribute to a modernization of our work methodology and to give it a European dimension for means of good practice.
Our project, which involves a group of teachers from CEIP Antonio Machado, has been created with the idea of giving a different dimension to the Teaching-Learning process. We look for ways to give a better educational response to our students and that favors diversity in both linguistic, cultural and functional fields. After the experiences in the previous projects, we have been able to verify an improvement both at the practical level education, in the involvement and satisfaction of families as well as the motivation of students in learning other languages. For this reason we wanted to continue expanding our experience in different areas that we see as necessary to improve.
