Background

It is a schooll training project in which several teachers of the same have had the opportunity to train in Europe through stays with Job-Shadowing format which has allowed the center to grow in knowledge and good practices. Given the socio-economic and cultural context of our center, one of our main objectives is to offerour students a bilingual and multilingual education of quality so that they can have better training and olderopportunities, in this case through a better and more effective knowledge of a first and second languageforeigner. Despite our extensive experience in CLIL teaching we must improve and update projectsbilingual and multilingual, with more active and innovative methodologies that make non-linguistic disciplines (DNL)are the main driver of the teaching-learning process of foreign languages. The training of teachers involved in this type of teaching was necessary to achieve the objectivesProposed. With job-shadowing activities, better teacher training will mean increasing the quality of the school's projects and improving the academic context of these programs.
